Passion for grilling.

The Josper Grill is a 100% fired charcoal grill and oven. The use of charcoal gives all products a unique, bbq-like taste, a fine texture while retaining the juiciness. The Josper Grill is used as much as possible in the kitchen of our Tasting & Dining Room to grill, smoke and stew products. Almost all dishes on our menu are dedicated to our Josper Grill.
